I consider myself a social-coffee-drinker 😉 Yes, I do not have strong addiction but I do love to have a cup of black coffee (Americano) almost daily! I also like to indulge every now and then with an espresso (LOVE my Nespresso machine)… sometimes even plain Turkish, or medium French! Other times I would just go with a latter (double shot-depending on the mood) with skim milk (or soy) and NO FOAM!
According to this diagram the way I like my latte is called FLAT WHITE!
I always go “skinny latte – no foam!”…. wonder if I ask them next time for a skinny flat white… would they get it?
How do you like your coffee and where do you usually get it/make it?
@LofatGroup is now active 😉 They are giving daily health tips on both their Twitter and Facebook pages using Arabic & English
They are also asking questions on Twitter and collecting points for their followers for weekly competitions! Nice 😉 The questions asked are general health questions as well as info hunting of their items from their menu…
Or simple as taking a picture of whats in front of you! Fun 😉
Don’t miss it 😉

Not too long ago, I posted about taking Naxiprazol instead of Nexium (link)!
I asked a couple of pharmacists and few doctors (from both; Government and Private Health Sectors) about it… turn out it was okay to take it!
As a matter of fact, Kuwait is known for higher prices in medications worldwide! I did not mean in anyway to show that I do not care about my health and that I wont pay more to get the real thing… if its really “the real thing”
So according to the doctors I asked, I can continue taking it… if you are planning to do so, check with your doctors too 😉
Q8Path sent me (and many other bloggers) the following:
“Us and our team has prepared a flyer for how to place the flag in a correct way. The purpose of creating this is withint these period for celebrating Kuwait 50/20, we are reviewing people placing the flag in uncorrect way @ there houses, cars and etc”
Thank you guys for your effort… lets hope they do something about the wrong flag at Jaguar Dealership in AlRai now (link)
Ever since we were kids, we (at home) liked “Chiquita” brand bananas! My parents would make sure to get us the ones with the Chiquita labels, and our nanny, at the time, kept all the sticker labels to cheat us when my parents would get other brands… funny thing is, we could tell it wasn’t Chiquita!
New Chiquita Labels - Funky!
Just like we can tell that the chocolate milk we’re drinking is (or isn’t) KDD! You know what I mean? Are you this way too??
I was invited to attend the Human Rights Watch press conference a couple of days back to talk about their newly published report on human right abuses faced by migrant domestic workers in Kuwait, highlighting the sponsorship system in Kuwait. The representative of Human Rights Watch; Sarah Leah, Nisha Varia, and Priyanka Motaparthy talked about the topic giving brief description of the region with some stats on their organization, the problem itself, findings, problems, and suggestions. They also opened the floor for Q&A at the end.
From the strong belief and aim that the passion that drives their contributions and achievements is what we try to showcase here came Zawaya AlShaghaf (or corners of passion). The values of genuine interest and work, and other meanings is what they wish to celebrate!
This year they are trying to highlight the importance of not only the concept of Passion by celebrating different kinds of talents, but the concept of not judging a person by his/her colour, status or nationality through a short film. One should only be judged by the size of his/her heart and accomplishments.
“I am not my colour.. I am not my status.. I AM my passion”
To whoever is talented and is willing to participate in one of a kind talent show, all you have to do is send an email containing a picture or a video concerning your talent on our e-mail address: email@example.com
