I’m so excited that Danderma finally took the first step into publishing her “Yawmyat Wa7da Dathra“. I really wanna see them turn into Ramadani TV Series for their originality (and funny story telling) unlike the @$#%$@ we usually see in some series (with all due respect)!
Anyways… she is asking on here blog about picking a day for the book signing (link)
She is thinking at around 7:00PM on: Thursday night, Friday Night, or Wednesday Night.

Zain invited me to attend their second Social Media Event, which took place in GUST last night.
I got their at 5:15PM – which is 15 minutes late than their scheduled time… but due to unavoidable circumstances they did not start till after 6:30PM!
I realized half way through that I forgot my good camera AGAIN! 😦 But I always carry a small one in my bag, so… something is better than nothing!!!
Anyways… The event is organized by both; Zain & Al Hareer.
They started with handing our certificates to the attendees of the first forum, including me, then they broke for prayers… afterwards, Mr. Abdullah AlSaif of AlHareer Business Center gave an introductory speech to the audience.
The event was planned to host a discussion panel by three blogs in Kuwait… to share their blogging and tweeting experiences with the audience!
The starts of the night; @P0ach (blog), @MubarakEsmail (blog), and @his_hers_q8 (blog)… with @DrAlZamel (blog) who was the moderator of the discussion panel!
It was a fun and light event… with lots of examples given by the guests… and some interactions with the audience too. They also talked about how blogs turned into business and how it works, with all of the good, the bad, and the ugly! They also got into discussing FourSquare and how to turn that into a business and marketing tool… giving two thumbs up to NBK‘s move, as a first entrant to use it in our market 😉
P0ach surprised me.. or wanted to have some actions to be exact and asked the microphone guy to approach me explaining “Ansam has a question!”
P0ACH!!!!
My reaction? Well… I held the mike, I laughed a bit and was like “Abdullah, I do not have a question!” – It was a funny moment and P0ach is such a sweetheart!
The last speech was given by Mr. Mohammed AlMuhaini, one of Zain’s Social Media team. Very informative 😉

Why do I like it? Its different and its fun to watch! She vlogs (post videos) short clips edited in the most funky ways ever… you wont get bored, and you see yourself jumping from one video to another. I am telling you this lady her got charisma and she is full of smiles… I got to meet her for the very first time during the VIVA Social Networking Event… and I was happy to know that she knows my blog She was like “five eight? five one eight?? is it? The one with so many food posts” Yep! That’s me… Guilty 😛 She’s a natural and a sweetheart!

I was invited once again by the super nice team at AlShaya to attend a special event for Top Shop Dress Up along with other bloggerettes 😀 I never was able to attend any events except for Express Opening… but Top Shop, I wont miss it! I love this store.. so I accepted it right away!
The first bloggerettes I ran into were Her from His&Hers and 7ajiDude. We were greeted by the very friendly staff… and I finally got to meet the two names I received my email messages from; Sama and Bedour! Awesome ladies 🙂 We were given goody bags and took a tour around the store before we headed to the Style Advisor room
They were displaying some statement dresses… the fun kind of dresses, that you can wear it and have fun mixing it up with their fun accessories! They will soon be available at the Top Shop 😉

How did I miss it! Yesterday was the 4th year anniversary of my blog (since my first post here)

I had a very fun interview with Yasmine from Bazaar Magazine earlier yesterday! We talked about many things… food, life, travel, cooking, work, and again food! It was so much fun 😉
Hopefully the interview will be out in May issue 😉 So stay tuned
Oh and the coffee she served me was super! A mixture of Turkish, French, and “je ne sais quoi”! LOVED it! I wanna pass by again Yasmine for another cup soon 😉
