Its been almost three weeks since I had Blink & Go lashes applied at The Boudoir Salon (link)
The process to apply them took a long time, but it was so worth it! I was taken care of by Nohad – their makeup artist and Blink & Go technician.
She started by asking me questions about my makeup routine and products I use. She asked me how simple or dramatic I like to go. I wanted something simple yet I wanted to show a change… She also gave me tips for the after-care π
She experimented with some lashes and then said she will give me a natural look, only I wont be needing mascara π I was up for it
The room is set in a way where you lay down on a massage bed and relax. Soft music in the background with me on the massage bed tucked in under a soft towel to keep me warm. I had some sort of collagen mask for my under eye area the whole time.
Why did it take long? Because she applies it lash by lash… she pick them specifically according to your taste and request! They wont be all of the same size to enhance the natural look.
After I was done… I started stretching! She asked me to lay down for a bit more… she asked some nice staff lady to come and give me a soft 5-10 mins back and neck massage (MUCH NEEDED) and asked me to slowly open my eyes! I opened them to find her smiley face in front of me with a mirror… my eye lids felt heavy for some reason *I wanted to sleep π * but then I took the mirror in hand and was amazed how natural, yet different, they looked!
She told me not to get them in contact with water for few hours… not to use oil-based makeup and makeup remover (I am currently using Estee Lauder gentle eye makeup remover and its amazing)! She basically asked me to pamper my new lashes and treat them with extra care specially for the first few days π Not to use mascara or limit the use for only super big occasions… which I did (I have applied mascara maybe three or four times only since I had Blink & Go)
They still look great to-date! Only a couple of people actually noticed that I have natural-fake eyelashes π Some asked me about my mascara explaining… “What kind of mascara are you using? It doesnt look smudgy AT ALL”
I simply love them… Thank You Boudoir Salon for the lashes π Me LIKEY!

B: they last up to 2 months depending on ur lash cycle and how well you take care of them.
Rainy: Blink lashes are the best quality that you can find they are the ‘Rolls Royce’ of all lashes. They do not make your lashes fall at all because the glue used is not harmful – it does not contain adhesives which are the reason behind damaged lashes. Please come in for a consultation if you are still confused
wooow this an amazing news for me because i love lashes but i couldn’t find the permenant lashes without any damages anyway inshalah today i will pass by in the Expo. thank you
