Sorry it took me a while to update you with Elevation Burger review since my first post about it!
Anyways I went in again to have a taste of it 😉 I got in and again I was greeted by the very smiley Mr. Ali Ashkanani who seated me in a booth and guided me throughout the process. He basically placed my order for me; Elevation Burger (I had mine with cheese, pickles, ketchup, mustard, and lettuce) and fries… he then asked her to add “Fancy Fries”… a soda and milk shake – I was like WHOA! How would I eat ALL THIS!!!
I had CocaCola Zero -AS IF with all the yummy food I was going to attack 😛
So it goes like this; you approach the counter, place your order, give’em your name, and get your soda cup – fill it up and go back to your table and wait for the food to arrive 😉
Two patties of organic beef hugged in potato buns (yes they are made of potato 😉 ) with two kinds of fries – mama mia!!!
Fancy Fries is their olive oil fried fries, covered with their cheddar cheese, and caramelized onions
My opinion?
The burger was amazingly good… meaty and juicy – not too fatty ❤ The cheddar cheese was sharp and aged which complimented the burger really well… the bun? Super soft that it actually melts in your mouth. The burger is categorized as casual fastfood!
The fries? Well… its another story! They actually taste really good fried in olive oil… if I am not mistaken, the frying process is in two phases (I will double check on that and update the post) – I liked both of them… the fancy fries were delicious! YES! I love onions *guilty*
A very nice family were sitting in the table in front of me… we had a quick chat, and we both agreed that the burger was light as a feather – I mean I ate the Elevation Burger which comes in two patties, but it was light and I did not feel stuffed – I ate my whole burger but lil bit of my fries… a bit of each that is 😉
And when it was time for my milkshake, I asked them to have half the cup filled with oreo shake!
Everything was fresh and tasty! The shake was delicious and THICK!!!
Elevation Burger…. its a quite refreshing place 😉 Love the fact that they are going all organic and green 😉 Cant wait for my next visit 😀

Question, is this a local creation or another stupid franchise like fat burger or shake shack??
For lots of us, we support local creations over anything imported, so if this is as good as u described it would easily be our go to destination for burger cravings if it was a Kuwaiti business, please say it is pleaseeee!
