Hotel Missoni – Kuwait

Earlier this year, I was contacted by Hotel Missoni team – from Mr. Hila SaadeΒ the Director of Sales & Marketing to be exact, to tour the hotel. I was busy back then… then I left to Syria for vacation.. and then towards the end of February everyone was busy celebrating Kuwait’s national and liberation days… I didnt get the chance to take the grand tour till earlier this month πŸ˜‰

The hotel is located in Salmiya, opposite AUK, right where Symphony Mall is! I was greeted by the very friendly staff and waited in their colorful hotel lobby for Mr. Hilal Saade to come… few minutes later comes Mr. Saade with a huge welcoming smile on his face πŸ˜€

I snapped like 80+ pictures, but opted (and agreed with Mr. Saade) to pick only a few, and leave the rest for your imagination πŸ˜›

We started the tour by viewing their rooms…

Everything in the hotel screams MISSONI with their lively colors!

It is categorized as a boutique hotel… very contemporary feel to it! Very stylish and very… Different!

Furniture pieces were specially picked for Hotel Missoni Kuwait… nice “wish bone” chairs, and butterfly coffee table… the rooms screamed colorful modern chic!

The bathrooms were as fabulous! Uniquely designed with their signature colors, very contrasting and very stylish… the towels, slippers, products specially made for the hotel… it was just amazing!

TV screens behind mirrors in bathrooms of their suites… Smart!

All rooms are equipped with the latests designs and equipments…Flat TVs from Bang and Olufsen, Nespresso and Ferrari coffee makers, Tea Forte, and much much more

Funky bright colored furniture everywhere πŸ˜‰

Then we headed down to their ballroom – Calmer in colors… which is good πŸ˜‰ And I attended the label.m launch there (you can read more about it on meblogging)

Then off we went out by the pool… it was just nice! There were a juice canteen, with signature drinks specially made for the hotel… speakers all over the area… in which they go automatically up and down in volume according to the traffic out, so the guest wont be bothered by the craziness that may go on the street right next to the hotel πŸ˜‰

Check out their branded swimming pool! Loved it ❀

Then back to the hotel, where I checked out the restaurants, talked to the very nice and friendly chef too who invited me inside their kitchen ❀ ❀ ❀

Check out the coffee tables… made of huge sewing thread rolls! Creative πŸ˜‰

The tour ended at Choco Cafe… where I had chocolate made in house with black coffee πŸ™‚

Thank you Mr. Hilal Saade for the grand tour! I enjoyed it so so much and I look forward to future visits… and “surprises” too – So stay tuned πŸ˜‰
