Simple NY Cheese Cake

I saw this on iLSuL6ana blog! Interesting and seems pretty easy to make!

*1/4 cup + 2 tbsp melted butter divided

*1 cup of graham cracker crumbs

*1/c cup sugar divided

*3 large eggs

*1 1/2 cups sour cream

*2 tsp vanilla extract

*16 oz full fat cream cheese (at room temperature)

*Preheat oven to 325F

*Grease cheesecake pan with 1 tbsp butter

*Combine the graham crackers + 1/4 melted butter + 1/4 sugar in a small bowl. Mix until the crumbs are coated with butter

*Empty the contents in the cheesecake pan and push down firmly on the base to form solid crust

*In a bowl blend the eggs, sour cream, and vanilla on medium speed using hand mixer. Add the cream cheese, 1/4 cup of sugar, and 1 tbsp of butter. Mix on low speed until combined

*Pour the cheesecake filling over the graham crackers crust and spread evenly across the pan

*Bake the cheesecake for 15 mins to an hour, then broil for 5 minutes, or until the top begins to brown

*Remove pan from the oven and set on a cooling rack for 10-15 minutes before refridgerating it for at leaset 3-4 hours, or overnight.
