Ingredients:

3 eggs

2/3 cup milk

1 packet 1/2 packet of onion soup
Swiss cheese

Turkey (more than one kind)

White bread
3 tbs butter
Powdered sugar
Cranberry sauce (optional)
Method:
********
*Preheat oven
*Butter the jellyroll pan
*Make sandwiches (bread, two slices of two kinds of turkey, and Swiss cheese slice) and cut them into small pieces (I cut each into 4)
*Beat eggs, milk, and onion mix
*Dip sandwiches into the mixture then place them in the pan
*Bake for 20 mins on one side then flip them over for another 10 minutes on medium heat



*Let cook and take out of the pan
*Sprinkle with powdered sugar


Taste even better with cranberry sauce!! It was all gone! YUMMMMM

add some nutmeg and cream to the egg mixture + place a piece of bacon on the melted cheese
then pray for me :p

They look so GOOD! Ansam, you need to tell us how hot the oven is for baking the Monte Cristo. And you trimmed the crusts! They are so elegant!

I preheated it at 220… then decreased it to 180 when I placed the pan. After a bit I lowered it even more to 150, when I flipped them over it was at around 50 only

Ansam … they look delicious! Will raspberry or cranberry be served as dipping sauce? I’ve seen something where cranberry sauce was used instead of mayo!
