Ingredients:

4 medium size radish, cut into small cubes

5 tbs sunflower seeds

1 cup beans sprouts

Boston Lettuce

Dressing:
**********
2 Avocados


2 tbs balsamic
5 tbs olive oil
1 lemon juice
Handful of mixed chopped aromatic herbs (I used oregano, basil, and chives)

2 tbs mixed powdered spices (onions, citrus, garlic, mixed pepper, and salt)
Method:
********
*Mix all the ingredients together


*For the dressing, mash the avocados and add the balsamic, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix well
*Add the spices and then herbs… mix all well together and add to the salad!

Avocado has good fat ;p So the salad has a cream crunchy texture once the dressing is mixed with it?

not really… thicker than a whipped cream, but not too thick to be mixed.. pick ripe avocadoes
