*1 full tsp of each of the following seeds: fennel, coriander, and cumin
*5 pieces of cardamom
*350 ml Yogurt drink “laban/sour butter milk”. I was out of yogurt, it would work even better with yogurt
*5 bonless skinless chicken breasts
*handful of shallots
*Around 1 tbsp of fresh shreded ginger
*Chili pepper (optional – I did not use it)
