i can’t sleep too
I am half asleep now :-S I have 40 more mins to go!!

try having warm milk half an hour before bed time .. I heared it helps
I was so sleepy yet too tired to fall asleep if that makes any sense!!

I have been having trouble sleeping too lately

well i change my cloths if icnt sleep :p it helps alot.. or sometimes just put a boring movie on..
LOL maybe I will try this next time I cant sleep!
