Paris – Day IX – Part I

On the ninth day of our trip we had few things in mind. First things first, we wanted breakfast Then we wanted to go see Centre Georges Pompidou, and of course dinner later in the day! We usually have a very yummy full breakfast and early dinner while traveling… snacks in between when hungry

So my friend took us to Cafe Rive Droite in Les Halles

It was so cold but we wanted to enjoy the view… so we sat outside in the covered area… they had heaters on

Mosquitoes <3 The Color White

While in Salhiya last weekend, I saw A LOT of mosquitoes on white cars!

The thing is they were only “attacking” white cars… in fact anything white. My sister’s white shopping bag was attacked as well. Interesting!!

Melenzane

The very nice guys at Melenzane (M&M) invited me to come try their food… They asked me to bring along a couple of people, so I went with one of my sisters whos in love with Italian food and eggplants (English for Melenzane), and a friend who isnt crazy about Italian food but was up for trying the new place out

Pizza Pino

After a long day of shopping, we stopped by Pizza Pino

For appetizer, I ordered beef carpaccio, and man that was SO GOOD!

And believe it or not… I shared food that day! YES!! ANSAM SHARED! They were kinda shocked but took advantage of the situation

I was enjoying my food so much that I did not even pay attention to other appetizers (to take picture of) but I managed to take a picture of this pasta salad my sister ordered

And now its food time… and a little secret to reveal I shared my carpaccio because I wanted to have spaghetti bolognaise, but also wanted a slice (or two) of the pizzas *GUILTY*

So here is a mushroom pizza for you to admire *yummmm*

My little sister ordered beef lasagna

and I of course ordered spaghetti bolognaise <3

Now I cant remember the last time I dined at Pizza Pino… I think its been over 10 years so I cant really tell (or remember) to compare, but I loved the food… mainly my dishes (carpaccio and spaghetti) and the slice of the mushroom pizza I had! Service was okay… I mean it was really good till our waiter brought the bill before we had asked for it… and we wanted to add vervine tea towards the end. He then became meaner and not so friendly! Oh well, I dont really care since I enjoyed dinner that day

Shopping – Take II

That was another day dedicated for shopping… So after our yummy breakfast at Angelina, we wanted to shop in Saint Honore Shopping District. While walking there, we came across a store called Antoine et Lili

and I must say that I fell in love with the place

Everything in there was
